Not to happy having to pay 50$ on a visit that I missed my mother passed away about 2 months before my appointment I was busy with arangeing her guy had people coming from all over the country for the12 years I have been going to dr Curtis I never missed an appointment shame on you it is what it is I will bring it up with dr Curtis

Dr. Curtis bas been my urologist for longer than I can recall. He has Been on the cutting edge of the latest treatments for my illness despite my being a patient at USF and Mayos. Equally important is that he is compassionate and personable!
